Wreake Valley Academy uses a system called Arbor to communicate with parents and for cashless payments. The Arbor Parent Portal can be accessed through your browser (website) or the Arbor App, which can be downloaded from Google Play (Android) or Apple (iOS).
When your child joins Wreake Valley Academy we will send you your Arbor login details so that you can access information about your child and make payments on the cashless payments system. Students will be shown how to use the Arbor during the first few weeks of term so that they can see the homework that has been set for them. Unfortunately, there isn’t a Student App at the moment so students will need to login via their browser. If you have any problems with logging in please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Arbor allows you to see your child’s attendance, positive and negative behaviour points, their timetable (calendar),their homework, update your contact details and make payments.
We use the Arbor Payments tab to pay for meals, trips and educational resources. We no longer accept cash or cheque payments. Payments can be made by Credit or Debit card through the Arbor Parent Portal (website) or the Arbor App which can be downloaded from Google Play (Android) or Apple (iOS).
