Post Results Services

A Post Results Services form showing details of all the services, fees and deadlines have been supplied to you with your examination result-slips.  Please read and keep this form in case you need to apply for the following services:

  • Access-To-Scripts (ATS)

Candidates may request copies of their examination scripts from the Exam Boards showing how the marks have been allocated for each question.

  • Review of Results (RoR)

Candidates are sometimes disappointed with a result in one of their subjects and may wish to query the result with the examination board (clerical re-check or review of marking).
Candidates must provide a consent for this service as marks may go up, down or remain the same.

For each of the above services:

  • applications must be made via the school’s Exams Officer. Parents or candidates cannot apply directly to the Exam Boards.
  • complete a copy of the Post Results Services form supplied to you with your exam results.
  • sign the appropriate candidate consent statement (ATS or RoR) on the form.
  • seek approval and obtain signature from the subject teacher/head of department.
  • submit the completed form to the Exams Officer with the appropriate fee.
  • all applications must be received by the deadlines shown on the form.
  • payments must be received at the time of applications and methods of payment are highlighted on the relevant form.

Exam Certificates

  • It is anticipated that exam certificates will be ready for collection from the school’s reception during December.
  • Please check the school’s website for details nearer the time.
  • Upon receipt, certificates must be carefully checked to ensure that the names and grades shown are correct.
  • Any discrepancies should be reported immediately to the school’s Exams Officer as Exam Boards will charge a fee for late notifications.
  • Where amendments are required to be made to certificates, please return the original certificate to the school’s Exams Officer who will inform you when the amended certificates are ready for collection.
  • The school will not be responsible for any loss or damage to certificates once collected.
  • All certificates not collected by January 2026, will be securely disposed of. Exam Boards charge a fee for any replacement certificates issued by them.  Therefore, please be advised to collect your certificates in person in December 2024.
  • Students may authorise a family member or a friend to collect certificates on their behalf, however, please email the Exams Officer (dwilson@wreake.bepschools.org) as the certificates will not be released to anyone without receipt of a candidate consent email, authorising their family / friend to collect on their behalf.
